Businesses using Setu

• Help with your workspace, connecting a channel, the assistant, products or orders.
• Questions about your account, your team's access or this website.
• Please include your workspace name and, if it's about a channel, which one (Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp). Never send passwords, access tokens or one-time codes by email.

Privacy and data deletion

• Questions about how Setu handles data: see the Privacy Policy and How Setu uses Meta Platform Data, or email us.
• To delete data, follow the steps on the data deletion page. For a request by email, write from the workspace owner's address; we confirm it and complete it within 30 days.

Customers of a business that uses Setu

Your conversation belongs to the business you messaged, so please contact that business first. If you can't reach it, email us with the business's name and your Instagram username, Facebook name or WhatsApp number and we will help.

To report a security problem with Setu, email hello@vantelyx.dev with the details. Please don't access other people's data while investigating.
